Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Appointment Confirmations & Reminders:
To help you keep track of your appointments, we send out confirmation requests 3 days before your scheduled service and a courtesy reminder 1 day prior. - Cancellations & Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us time to offer the appointment slot to another guest. - Unconfirmed Appointments:
Appointments not confirmed at least 24 hours in advance may not be guaranteed, and we cannot ensure a provider will be available at your scheduled time. - Cancellation & No-Show Fees:
Appointments canceled or left unconfirmed within 48 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of scheduled services.
Confirmed appointments that result in a no-show will be charged 100% of the cost of all scheduled services. - Emergency Exceptions:
We understand that unexpected situations and emergencies occur. In such cases, fees may be waived at the sole discretion of management. - Payment Details:
A valid credit card or gift certificate is required at the time of booking to secure all appointments. Applicable fees for late cancellations or no-shows will be charged to the card on file. - Agreement:
By scheduling an appointment with Clark & Co Wellness Spa, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
